French bread or sourdough
Avocado
Sliced tomato
Spinach
Cucumber
Cheese
Protein: Chicken or turkey
Instructions
Slice the French bread or sourdough in half.
Spread mashed avocado on one side of the bread.
Layer sliced tomato, spinach, and cucumber.
Add your choice of protein: chicken or turkey.
Top with cheese and close the sandwich.
Enjoy fresh or lightly toasted!
